This website is deliberately built to collect as little data as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking, no analytics, no advertising and no contact form. No external fonts and no content delivery networks are loaded.
External content — the Apple Music player and YouTube videos — loads only when you actively click it. Until then, nothing is sent from your browser to Apple or Google. Audio files, live videos and all images are served from this website's own server.

Legal bases for processing
Where we process personal data, we do so on the following bases: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR where you have given consent, for example by starting an external player. Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, for example a booking enquiry. Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR where there is a legitimate interest, such as the secure and stable operation of this website.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When a page is requested, technical connection data transmitted by your browser is automatically processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, browser type and version, and the operating system used.
This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log files are not merged with other data sources and are deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. Visitors are not recognised or re-identified, neither by cookies nor by fingerprinting. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Only if you start an embedded player may the respective provider set its own cookies — see the section on external content.
Contact by email
This website has no contact form. If you write to the email address given, your sender address, your name and the content of your message are processed solely in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or a booking, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries properly.
The mailbox is operated on our behalf by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, as a processor. Incoming messages are additionally forwarded to a mailbox at Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Please note that email is not an end-to-end encrypted channel. Your message is stored until your enquiry has been dealt with and any statutory retention periods have expired.
Music, video and images on this site
Audio, live footage and all photography are served directly from this website's own server. Playing them creates no connection to any third party, and no data beyond the server log files described above is collected.
Media files are embedded with preload=\"none\". They are only transferred once you press play — simply opening the page generates no traffic for them.
External content: Apple Music and YouTube
In places, players from Apple Music and videos from YouTube are embedded. Neither is loaded automatically. You first see only a preview image served from our own server. The respective service is contacted only when you click the play button.
From that moment the provider receives your IP address and may use cookies and similar technologies. The legal basis is then your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, given by that click, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page and not starting the player again.
The music player is provided by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com, the extended privacy mode operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. In this mode YouTube stores no cookies for interest-based advertising before playback begins.

Links to streaming services and social networks
This website links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram and TikTok. These are ordinary links, not embedded buttons or plug-ins. As long as you do not click such a link, no data is transmitted to the provider in question.
If you follow a link, you leave this website. From that point the privacy policy of the respective provider applies exclusively, and we have no influence over their processing.
Fonts and external resources
This website loads no external fonts, no font services such as Google Fonts and no content delivery network. Typography uses only fonts already present on your device. All images, stylesheets and scripts are served from this site's own domain.
No audience measurement
No analytics or statistics services are used — neither Google Analytics nor privacy-friendly alternatives. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Recipients and transfers to third countries
Personal data is never sold and never passed on for advertising purposes. The only recipients are the service providers named above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the website and handle your enquiry.
Where data is thereby transferred to countries outside the European Union — in particular the United States — this takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR or, in the case of US providers, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) where the provider in question is certified.
Retention
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose. Server log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period. Email correspondence is deleted once your enquiry has been concluded and no statutory retention obligations — in particular commercial and tax law periods of up to ten years — stand in the way.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.

Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
